Denise Innes-Spencer

The British School of Millinery was set up  in 1996 and is now based in Merseyside. We offer face-to-face and online courses for all levels from beginners through to experienced practitioners. Our founder, Denise Innes-Spencer is a greatly experienced milliner and teacher who also writes for the Hat Magazine and published her first book, Tiara Headdresses, in 2017.
